A Whole-Person Approach

No two people arrive with the same story or need. We bring different kinds of support around the person, rather than expecting the person to fit one method. People are met with dignity and are never reduced to a diagnosis, symptom, or behaviour.

EXOMIND & EMVITAL

Technology in Service of Human Healing

EXOMind™ and EMVital™ are not the centre of the work. People are. These technologies are thoughtfully integrated into whole-person recovery and mental wellness pathways.

EXOMind™

EMVital™

Energy-based technology designed to encourage relaxation, circulation, vitality, and physical restoration.

The story behind the Centre

Built From Lived Experience

The Centre grew from lived experience and a belief that healing rarely happens through one method, in one place, or on someone else’s timeline. Ryan and Sue built it around the inherent wholeness of every person and the understanding that healing happens in relationship.

“We have a range of things, from sound baths to breathwork to somatic therapies. We just are a well-rounded centre to get healing, and our packages range from four-to-five sessions to 45-to-60 days, and whatever you need, we are here to help. What really makes us different is that we treat every individual as a whole person. So there’s nothing that we deem unfixable, and we don’t view you as sick. There’s been a lot of things that have happened in your life, but to us you’re a whole person, and a person worth spending time learning about and helping build resilience, build resourcing, understanding communication, understanding your family, understanding yourself; and that everybody can have the opportunity to live a life that they’re proud to live.”

“We support somebody through life transitions. So if you’re coming in and you have addiction problems or behavioural issues that you’re really struggling with, we can support you through programming — through your body, mind and soul — where we really talk about the behaviours that we’re doing, patterns that we have, how we get triggered into this, how we kind of ended up where we are. We have tools with our EXOMIND [that] can help repair the brain and kind of repair some of the damage, and turn on the part of us that is responsible for emotional regulation and behavioural change; and we can use our EMVital laser for wound care and healing, lots of body pain, aches, things like that.”

“Then there’s [the] coaching aspect, where we learn routines and about ourselves, and we really start to understand ourselves to make better choices. We have [a] counselling aspect. There’s also other services: we have an acupuncture / Chinese-medicine doctor who can really utilise his whole education about how to work with those systems. We have a masseuse that specialises in fascia reset and deep-tissue massage. So we really have the capacity to deal with all the parts as we walk through our transformations.”

“I want them to feel supported — that’s the number-one objective, that we walk with you. Most of the people that come to us have been to many places, they’ve done many treatments, they have a lot of tools that we just sometimes forget about but that are there; and we have [the] capacity to help people put all of it together — what worked, what didn’t work, why some things work, why some things don’t — but that they have the capacity to put the things together and to heal, and move forward in their life. So we’re here to support you every step of the way.”

“I think that people should know about the Siwa Sanctuary. It’s our salt cave; it’s where our meditation is done; we also have a Reiki practitioner that works over there. The salt is from the Siwa Oasis in Egypt, and it’s a very special place — a place where oracles have been and ceremonies have been held, and it has a really healing property to it. It’s a really special place. It’s the only one in Canada, and it’s a very special room.”

“I would tell a person that is not sure where to start to come in and book a consultation. We do free 30-minute consultations. You get to know us, we talk about our services, and you really start to understand what we offer and if it’s a right fit.”
